As Sonic walked trough the living room, he heard someone knocking on the door.
First thinking it would be Tails, he walked in the entrance and opened the door.
The door wide open, his surprise reflected in his face, he stood there, staring at the dark hedgehog.
"S-Shadow? What are you doing here?"
Shadow kept staring at the emerald eyes of the hero.
"Are you okay...?" he asked, shivering because of the cold breeze from outside.
"D-do you want to come in?"
" ...okay" answered Shadow, closing the door behind him.
"Why have you came here anyway?"
"I wanted to give you a...special gift"
The blue one was almost shocked by what Shadow just said.
"B-but don't you hate me?"
The black one sat on the couch, looking at the carpet.
"...Shad?" said Sonic as he was sitting next to him.
"...So, anyway...you told me you wanted to give me something?"
He was excited to see what it was, after all, it was a total surprise to see him on the first place...then he wanted to give him something, that was so anormal...but he liked it.
"Yes, I have a little something for you..."
"what is it ?"
Sonic smiled.
Shadow stared at the sapphire hedgehog then quickly kissed him, pinning him on the couch.
Sonic, caught by surprise and totally defenseless , blushed, but did not tried to stop him, getting that so-wonderful feeling deep inside of him.
As Shadow broke the kiss and blushed, he told Sonic:
"I love you, Sonic the hedgehog"
Both stood silent a few minutes.
"Y-you do?"
Shadow nodded.
Sonic then jumped on the ultimate life form.
"I love you too!"
Then he gave him a passionate kiss, wich Shadow returned in delight.
